Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview / Agreement
By signing up as an affiliate in the Ferguson Moving & Storage Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Ferguson Moving & Storage may update the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Participation is limited to individuals and businesses legally able to act as affiliates.
- Only one account per person or business is permitted.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not use the Program for any illegal, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Referral Links / Promotion
- Each affiliate receives a unique referral link or QR code.
- Referrals must be submitted through your unique link or identified at the time of booking.
- You may share your link through channels you control (e.g., social media, email, website) in accordance with brand guidelines.
- You may not modify links, misrepresent Ferguson Moving & Storage, or engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
5. Qualified Referrals
A qualified referral is:
- A new customer (no prior booking history with Ferguson Moving & Storage),
- Who is identified through your referral link or at the time of booking (no retroactive attribution),
- Completes a move valued over $1,000 (pre-tax), and
- Has paid in full.
Referrals must be submitted at the time of booking and will be credited if the customer books within 60 days of the original referral.
Only one affiliate may be credited per booking.
Self-referrals, referrals within the same household or business, and existing or repeat customers are not eligible.
6. Rewards / Payments
- Rewards are issued for qualified referrals only.
- The current reward is a $50 Amazon gift card per qualified booked move; this may be modified at any time.
- Referral rewards are issued at month-end following the completion date of the move, provided full payment has been received.
- Ferguson Moving & Storage reserves the right to withhold rewards for cancelled, unpaid, or ineligible moves.
7. Tracking & Reporting
- Referral activity, including bookings and rewards, is tracked through your affiliate link.
- The affiliate dashboard is updated monthly to reflect current referrals, bookings, and earnings.
- Ferguson Moving & Storage is not responsible for tracking errors due to incorrect link usage or failure to properly attribute a referral at the time of booking.
8. Program Updates
Ferguson Moving & Storage reserves the right to modify the Program structure, rewards, rules, or features at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of these changes.
9. Termination
Ferguson Moving & Storage may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination:
- You must remove all affiliate links, branding, and promotional materials.
- Eligible rewards earned prior to termination will be issued in accordance with these Terms.
10. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor. Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ferguson Moving & Storage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the total rewards earned through the Program.
12. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, anti-spam, and privacy regulations.
You may not misrepresent your relationship with Ferguson Moving & Storage or make false or misleading claims.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ferguson Moving & Storage regarding the Program.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
