The were meticulous about caring for our newly finished house.  They were super professional and worked well as a team.   They communicated well and helped with everything.  I have used many movers over the years but these guys were by far the best. Ted was super handy and able to put all our furniture back together and led the crew like a total pro.

This was also a great storage company, any time we needed in they would prepare our box and were super helpful and very responsive.

We used their storage locker for several months first..(waiting for sale ) Friendly and efficient workers . Move went very well and considering there were 2 trucks!I was impressed how quickly they worked and remained smiling! How long does international shipping take?

Transit times vary depending on your destination and shipping method. Sea freight typically takes several weeks; air freight is significantly faster. Your International Move Manager will provide estimated transit times as part of your custom move plan so you can plan your arrival accordingly.

What customs documentation will I need?

Requirements vary by destination country. Ferguson prepares and manages the necessary documentation on your behalf and works with local partners at your destination to support customs clearance. Your International Move Manager will explain what’s required for your specific destination during the planning stage.

Are there items that cannot be shipped internationally?

Yes. Most countries have restrictions on certain categories of goods; food items, plants, alcohol, firearms, and hazardous materials are commonly restricted or require special permits. Your International Move Manager will review destination-specific restrictions with you during the planning consultation so nothing is packed that can’t be shipped.

Can storage be arranged if my new home isn’t ready when my shipment arrives?

Yes. If there’s a gap between your shipment’s arrival and when your new home is ready, storage can be arranged at the destination through Ferguson’s local partners. Raise this with your International Move Manager during planning and it will be built into your move plan from the start.
