1. Overview / Agreement
By signing up as an affiliate in the Ferguson Moving & Storage Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Ferguson Moving & Storage may update the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.
Participation is limited to individuals and businesses legally able to act as affiliates.
Only one account per person or business is permitted.

3. Account Responsibilities

Keep your login information secure.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.
You may not use the Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Referral Links / Promotion

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link or QR code.
You may share these links in communications you control (social media, email, website) according to our branding guidelines.
Do not modify links, misrepresent Ferguson Moving & Storage, or use fraudulent practices.

5. Rewards / Payments

Rewards are issued for qualified bookings referred through your unique link.
The Program’s standard reward is currently a $50 Amazon gift card per booked move, but Ferguson Moving & Storage may change the reward at any time.
You will only earn rewards on bookings tracked through your affiliate link.
Rewards will be issued monthly once the minimum threshold (moves over $1000) is reached

6. Program Updates

Ferguson Moving & Storage reserves the right to change the reward structure, rules, or features at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of major changes but continued participation implies acceptance.

7. Termination

Ferguson Moving may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violations or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links, logos, and promotional materials.
Outstanding rewards earned before termination will be paid according to the Program rules.

8. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor. This Program does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ferguson Moving & Storage is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the rewards actually earned through the Program.

10. Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including marketing and privacy regulations.
You may not misrepresent your relationship with Ferguson Moving& Storage or make false claims.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ferguson Moving & Storage regarding the Program.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
