Pickup and delivery
Ferguson’s moving crews handle the full process, packing (if needed), loading, transport to the facility, and delivery back to your home when you’re ready. You don’t arrange a truck, coordinate access, or manage logistics. Your Move Manager handles it.

Can I access my belongings while they’re in storage?
Access arrangements can be discussed when your storage plan is set up. Your Move Manager will confirm what’s available at your specific facility location.
What items can’t be stored with Ferguson?
Hazardous materials, perishables, and certain high-value items such as cash, jewellery, and important documents are not suitable for storage. Your Move Manager will review any items you’re unsure about during your survey.
What happens if my storage timeline changes?
Storage arrangements can be adjusted as your situation develops. If you need more time or are ready earlier than expected, contact your Move Manager and they’ll coordinate the change.
Is my furniture protected during storage?
Yes. Items are professionally wrapped and loaded by a Ferguson crew before being placed in your dedicated container, the same protection standards used on a full residential move.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
Someone will need to be available to provide access and confirm placement on delivery. For pickup, your Move Manager will coordinate the details in advance so the crew arrives prepared.
